Favourable and perfect location, short way from everywhere. Exceptionally comfortable bed, large bathroom and a vending machine and flat screen TV with cable channels in the room.

Greatly enjoyed our recently refurbished and well-maintained rooms, plus the staff was excellent. The hotel was in a good and absolutely perfect position really close to a lake, Target, Walmart, grocery store and restaurants, and Texas. Furthermore, in the DFW area.

My room was a nice size room with modern colors and new furniture, for instance. The rate was me$ 51. The service was good, no complains at all.
The staff - some of them were awful.

The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location of the hotel was convenient, with fast food places and convenience stores nearby. It felt safe staying in this area.
The cleanliness of the room was subpar, with large cockroaches in the bathroom and a dirty microwave. The new management seemed to lack good customer service practices and attention to detail.

Good sized clean room with a microwave, refrigerator and a couple of simple wood chairs with table. No guests outside talking loudly after midnight in parking lot. The staff were beyond great - quick response from maintenance, who installed a whole new AC unit in less than 20 minutes. Easy to work with, resolved any issues quickly. Allowed us to use their broom and change our sheets when requested. Gave us our privacy. Can recommend this hotel.

Liked this hotel, had 1 great day here. We took a king room with climate control and multi-channel TV, it was beautifully maintained. The bathroom was big size, the bed was comfortable.
